Fractional Services
I currently provide fractional services in operations and finance. I have worked with cooperatives, start-up organizations, nonprofits in transition, and purpose-driven small businesses.
Operations: Support resource and capacity planning, identify and implement process and workflow improvements, facilitate alignment across functions, operationalize values, and track progress towards strategic goals.
Finance: Set-up/maintain key financial systems, track and project cash flow, run payroll, quarterly financial reporting, annual forecasting, and align financial and impact model.
